What it is
An eleven-week virtual novel writing workshop hosted by Taylor Murch with no more than ten writers, workshopping everyone’s first five thousand words. The first meeting, we’ll look at a few published works. The subsequent meetings will be dedicated to the work of the writers in the group, one 60 to 90 minute meeting per writer.
When it is
Starts May 19th 2024 at 7pm EST and runs for eleven total meetings every Sunday, concluding on July 28th 2024. (In the event we are less than ten total writers, we will conclude earlier; if we are more, I will run a second workshop at a different time).
How it works
Ahead of the meeting, the writer of the week will share their first five thousand words as a Google Doc, as well as any specific questions they have. Everyone in the workshop will read it and leave comments on their own time. We will then meet on a Discord call to discuss.
How much it is
$75 for the whole workshop. Payment to be made before the start of the workshop through PayPal.
